344e1aaa19 Made Scroll to Last Read Post optional. Close #1009

* keyup and click event on file div (so unnecessary Mayhem button is
  unnecessary).
* TabIndex on all elements so no mistabs.
* Focus Event on every input so QR will not autohide when focused.
* More love <3
