cbc85407df Optimize setting data operations. 
Setting local data on Chrome is not throttled, only debounce sync.
Don't make DBs save data on every page load, don't save cleaning operations if nothing's changed.
Debounce Unread.saveLastReadPost() on Chrome to every 5 seconds.

It's k, though, that's why this branch exists: so I can break it
all without harming end users and stable development.

Holy carp, though, the amount of errors thrown!

A scroll-event-based function every tenth of a second is better
than whatever arbitrary timer scroll events can have.

91233b8d61 remove [].contains. It was a bad idea. 
I shouldn't be messing with stuff like this without a really good
reason for doing so, and the longer I thought about it, the more
it occurred to me that I didn't have one.
