196cb1d83d Small update to placeholder styling 
Firefox 19+ has an opacity set to `::-moz-placeholder`, so it was never *really* `#aaa` to begin with.
This gets rid of the `!important` and the `:hover`, making it a lot more consistent with Chrome.

cbc85407df Optimize setting data operations. 
Setting local data on Chrome is not throttled, only debounce sync.
Don't make DBs save data on every page load, don't save cleaning operations if nothing's changed.
Debounce Unread.saveLastReadPost() on Chrome to every 5 seconds.
