a78ac7530c Don't focus on the captcha for an error that would stop autoposting. 
(Other than being out of captchas.)
Attention is needed elsewhere.

c270ee8def Revert making post submission focus captcha if more were needed and focus was on body. 
It was a bad idea.  What we really need is to focus on captcha at the moment
autodumping is started if more captchas are needed, but #222 will need to be
fixed first.
