06ee6e8d49 Switch to new format for declaring offsite reporting API. 
See https://github.com/ccd0/4chan-x/issues/1260.
Currently 4plebs and 4tan have it.

7d350faaf5 Desustorage Domain Change 
The current domain (desustorage.org) is currently being held hostage by
the registrar for hosting illegal content. Subdomains appear to still
work, which means images work, but the root domain is not responding, so
a temporary replacement domain is being used.

63521f4f6d Remove warosu.org (hopefully temporarily) (#32) 
warosu.org is having problems with its hosting provider, and has been offline for the past few days (2-ish). The Bibliotheca Anonoma is currently in contact with the admin of the site, and we are working to find a new host and/or create a copy of all the data.
